Description

What if the only thing standing between you and God’s calling is the courage to say yes? Rise and Shine, Your Light Has Come is a Christian inspirational anthology filled with true stories, devotions, poems, and prayers from believers who have faced fear, wrestled with doubt, and discovered the courage to step into the purpose God placed before them. Through their personal experiences, these writers offer encouragement to anyone wondering what might happen if they stopped allowing fear to speak louder than God’s call.

A Christian Inspirational Anthology About Courage and Calling

Just as The Oil Lamp shines the Potter’s light, each courageous voice within these pages reflects what can happen when an ordinary person chooses obedience over fear. These are stories of uncertain first steps, trembling faith, holy bravery, unexpected challenges, and God’s light breaking through the darkness of doubt.

You’ll meet people who didn’t necessarily feel ready, qualified, or fearless—but chose to trust the One who called them.

Because God doesn’t call only the fearless. He calls the willing.

Find the Courage to Answer the Call

Perhaps you recognize that struggle in your own life. You sense God leading you toward something new, but uncertainty keeps you from taking the next step. Maybe you’re questioning whether you have what it takes, whether the timing is right, or whether you truly heard God correctly.

The stories in this Christian inspirational anthology remind us that courage doesn’t mean living without fear. Sometimes courage is simply trusting God enough to move forward while fear is still whispering, What if?

As you journey through these pages, you’ll be encouraged to consider your own calling:

Where might God be asking you to step out in faith?

What fear is keeping you from moving forward?

What gifts, experiences, or passions has He placed within you for His purpose?

And what could happen if you trusted Him enough to say yes?

Inspired by Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine, for your light has come,” Rise and Shine, Your Light Has Come offers Christian encouragement for anyone seeking the courage to overcome fear, follow God’s calling, embrace their God-given purpose, and shine His light wherever He leads.

You don’t have to wait until you feel fearless.

Perhaps it’s your time to rise.

When we rise, He shines.
